What you will do

• Perform in-depth research and trend analysis on Mantle and broader crypto/AI/financial markets, turning emerging narratives into actionable insights.
• Develop narrative-driven research and analysis tailored for crypto-native audiences, institutional partners, and ecosystem communities.
• Break down complex topics (e.g., RWA tokenization, prediction market signals, liquidity shifts, macro cycles) into clear, distribution-ready content formats.
• Represent Mantle at industry events, conferences, meetups, and ecosystem gatherings across crypto, AI, and financial innovation spaces.
• Capture real-time narrative and market signals from offline conversations and bridge them into Mantle’s internal teams.
• Use local and digital networks to grow awareness, participation, partnerships, and introductions in emerging sectors like RWA and on-chain finance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in crypto, Web3, or tech ecosystems in community, research, marketing, or growth roles.
• Strong understanding of crypto culture and emerging narratives, including RWA and AI.
• Ability to conduct lightweight research and produce clear, well-written content or commentary for crypto-native audiences.
• Comfort engaging in both online and offline ecosystem environments (events, meetups, community gatherings).
• Proven relationship-building skills with founders, builders, and ecosystem participants, including effective follow-up.
• Self-directed reliability in a fast-paced, part-time, distributed setup.
