What you will do

• Develop, test, and maintain SOAR playbooks, workflows, and integrations.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks to improve incident response speed.
• Collaborate with security analysts to understand and optimize their workflows.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation scripts and tools.
• Assist with routine platform maintenance, updates, and tool migrations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a Security Engineering role.
• Solid understanding of core security concepts and tools like SOAR, SIEM, and EDR.
• Foundational scripting skills in Python or similar languages for API integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or GSEC.
• Experience with SOAR platforms like Cortex XSOAR, Tines, or Splunk SOAR.
• Exposure to Go, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
