What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications and integrations for scientific and research workflows.
• Enhance and support workflow engines for statistical and cheminformatics processes.
• Build and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and frontend interfaces.
• Develop scalable, reliable cloud-based solutions in AWS environments.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases and optimize data processing workflows.
• Support CI/CD automation, deployment processes, and participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and containerized environments.
• Experience with GitHub/GitHub Actions and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform.
