TL;DR
Senior IT Interface Configuration Analyst (Epic Tapestry): Designing, building, and implementing new functionality within Epic Tapestry applications for a healthcare payer environment with an accent on Utilization Management and workflow automation. Focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable system solutions and supporting enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives.
Location: Remote (Occasional onsite travel may be required around Go-Live activities)

What you will do
- Configure and enhance Epic Tapestry applications to support evolving business needs.
- Design and implement new system workflows and functionality.
- Automate business rules and processes within the Epic environment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality system solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support system optimization, testing, deployment, and Go-Live stabilization activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent healthcare experience.
- Epic Tapestry Foundations Certification.
- Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Certification.
- Hands-on experience with direct Epic Tapestry configuration and workflow implementation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within established SDLC and change management processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with Case Management, Appeals & Grievances, or Enrollment modules.
- Proficiency in Epic reporting tools including Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, and Reporting Workbench.
- Knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL.
- Experience with Medicare products and regulatory requirements.
- Background in integrated payer/provider shared instance environments.
