What you will do
- Manage and nurture your own book of business through daily communication and strategic consulting.
- Collaborate with customers to hone their online marketing strategies and resolve performance issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners including Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Take full ownership of customer growth and vertical expertise across e-commerce, travel, and mobile apps.
- Act as a bridge between customer feedback and the internal product development team.
- Develop deep technical knowledge of the platform to solve complex advertiser challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid digital advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google).
- Proven experience in a customer success or customer-facing role.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the New York City office at least 3 days a week.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Results-driven mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
