Campus Co-Founder (Gamedev)

Location: Remote (Must be a student in the USA, specifically targeting Massachusetts)

hirify.global is a youth-centered studio where the next generation of creators apprentice with professionals to develop games and build virtual worlds.

What you will do

• Recruit initial members and appoint the chapter's first officers, including a treasurer, secretary, and community manager.
• Establish Creative, Tech, and Business tracks to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration on digital projects.
• Organize weekly meetings and implement routines to build a strong local club culture.
• Execute the first Endless Game & Content Jam using the provided launch budget.
• Report to hirify.global HQ and collaborate with industry professionals in tech, marketing, and design.

Requirements

• Must be a current college student enrolled through the 2026–27 academic year.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in outreach and public speaking.
• Strong judgment in vetting and appointing leadership for the club board.
• Interdisciplinary mindset and an understanding of the synergy between art, engineering, and business in gaming.

• Existing connection to a potential co-founder.
• Active involvement in the creative, gaming, or builder community at your university.
