What you will do

• Generate, maintain, and improve aerodynamic surfaces to support the development programme.
• Ensure all generated surfaces are strictly compliant with FIA regulations.
• Develop time-saving efficiencies within surface model structures and create macros to improve the surfacing process.
• Finalize surface files and conduct legality checks before releasing them to full-size production.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the composite design team.
• Act as a cross-functional point of contact to integrate surface design seamlessly into the overall car design.

Requirements

• Strong degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a similar field.
• Proven experience with CAD systems, preferably Siemens NX.
• Solid foundation of engineering principles and their application to complex problems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to manage workloads under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Milton Keynes, UK
