TL;DR

ServiceNow Analyst (ServiceNow/GenAI): Designing and implementing conversational AI solutions and Virtual Agent experiences with an accent on Generative AI integration and enterprise service strategy. Focus on evolving scripted topics into agentic experiences, orchestrating AI Agents, and establishing responsible AI practices.

Location: Must work onsite five days a week in Piracicaba or São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Virtual Agent topics and integrations.
  • Operationalize GenAI capabilities using Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Search, and the Now Assist Skill Kit.
  • Own the end-to-end user story lifecycle, including creation, refinement, and technical solution design.
  • Establish responsible AI practices, including evaluation datasets, hallucination metrics, and PII handling.
  • Manage backlog prioritization and coordinate ServiceNow platform releases and update sets.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development resources to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent, ITSM, and conversational design.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint, and release management.
  • Proficiency in NLU tuning, containment strategy, and self-service optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM patterns (Now LLM / BYO-LLM).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week in Brazil.
