What you will do

• Analyze marketing and creative workflows to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows for creative research, asset preparation, and campaign analysis.
• Develop prototypes and MVPs using LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, and custom scripts.
• Integrate marketing tools, internal databases, and AI services into structured, scalable workflows.
• Validate automation quality through real-world use cases, refining reliability and accuracy based on feedback.
• Document system logic, prompt engineering, and data flows to ensure solutions can be reused.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI Automation, TechOps, or Marketing/Growth Operations.
• Experience working with performance marketing teams, adtech products, or high-scale creative production.
• Strong technical foundation in APIs, webhooks, databases, Python or JavaScript, and AI/LLM tools.
• Proven ability to translate undefined business problems into usable automated workflows.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and high degree of ownership.
• Portfolio or case studies showcasing internal tools, AI agents, or workflow diagrams.
