What you will do

• Plan and manage store visits to ensure timely and accurate completion of fieldwork.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field auditors, driving individual performance and KPI achievement.
• Monitor data quality and ensure strict adherence to field methodologies and standards.
• Coordinate store recruitment and various field-related projects.
• Support auditors via phone and chat to resolve operational challenges.
• Optimize visit allocation and resource utilization for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in field operations, retail audit, or data collection environments.
• Previous experience in team management or coordination.
• Fluency in Turkish.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
