Location: Hybrid in Austin, US
Salary: $268,000 – $400,000 USD

What you will do
- Define and enforce enterprise data standards across product, customer, revenue, and financial domains.
- Own end-to-end data integrity across the quote-to-cash cycle, including CPQ configuration, order management, and billing.
- Lead the business intelligence platform and analytics capability to provide proactive insights for executive and board reporting.
- Own Salesforce platform strategy, CPQ architecture, and integration governance between Salesforce CPQ and Kinetic.
- Develop data quality engineering and data stewardship capabilities across Finance, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 13+ years of progressive experience in data, systems, or operations leadership within complex enterprise environments.
- 8+ years of experience managing and developing multi-discipline technical teams.
- Deep quote-to-cash domain expertise across CPQ, ERP, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and major ERPs such as Kinetic, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
- Proven ability to lead through influence with executive stakeholders, including the CEO and board.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Austin, US.

- Experience building data governance programs from a greenfield environment.
