What you will do

• Define and enforce enterprise data standards across product, customer, revenue, and financial domains.
• Own end-to-end data integrity across the quote-to-cash cycle, including CPQ configuration, order management, and billing.
• Lead the business intelligence platform and analytics capability to provide proactive insights for executive and board reporting.
• Own Salesforce platform strategy, CPQ architecture, and integration governance between Salesforce CPQ and hirify.global Kinetic.
• Develop data quality engineering and data stewardship capabilities across Finance, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 13+ years of progressive experience in data, systems, or operations leadership within complex enterprise environments.
• 8+ years of experience managing and developing multi-discipline technical teams.
• Deep quote-to-cash domain expertise across CPQ, ERP, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and major ERPs such as hirify.global Kinetic, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Proven ability to lead through influence with executive stakeholders, including the CEO and board.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Austin, US.
