What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of internal and external events across multiple countries.
• Design event concepts aligned with company culture and business goals.
• Handle budgeting, timelines, vendor contracts, and overall production.
• Coordinate logistics including venues, hotels, travel, catering, and branding.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Executive Management to align on event goals.
• Lead on-site execution and optimize attendee experience based on feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale corporate events, incentive travel, or international conferences.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects and event budgets simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
