What you will do

• Design and build automated pipelines to efficiently bring external data sources into Unreal Engine.
• Develop and optimize shaders, materials, and provide technical support for VFX, rigging, and animation.
• Create custom scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and maintain production standards.
• Profile and optimize assets and scenes to ensure minimal load times and peak performance.
• Set technical art standards and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align ambition with engine constraints.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Unreal Engine Technical Artist within the games industry.
• Strong experience owning pipelines and workflows in a collaborative team environment.
• High proficiency in creating scripts and technical workflows.
• Deep understanding of the video game development process and an iterative prototyping approach.
• Must be based in the UK or Europe.
