What you will do
- Manage and prioritize technical support cases to ensure timely and high-quality resolutions.
- Investigate technical issues by reproducing problems and identifying root causes.
- Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical cases.
- Guide clients through solutions and ensure a positive experience through professional communication.
- Document solutions and create reusable technical content for clients and teammates.
- Participate in team meetings to share learnings and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Python, JS, CSS, and HTML.
- Professional English proficiency for interacting with clients primarily based in the United States.
- Passion for technology and web development.
- Ability to organize and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
