What you will do

• Develop and calibrate engine, transmission, and vehicle control systems to improve drivability.
• Optimize vehicle response for start-up, idle, acceleration, deceleration, and gear shifts.
• Conduct vehicle testing on roads, tracks, and dynos to evaluate performance.
• Analyze test data to resolve issues such as hesitation, jerking, or poor throttle response.
• Collaborate with powertrain, calibration, and software teams for smooth system integration.
• Validate customer-oriented features including comfort, smoothness, and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, automotive, or a related engineering field.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and control strategies.
• Experience with calibration tools such as INCA or CANape and data analysis.
• Possession of a Driver License B and AW18.
• Good problem-solving and driving evaluation skills.

• Experience in diagnostics, validation, or calibration.
