What you will do

• Calibrate engine control systems including fuel injection, air management, EGR, and aftertreatment.
• Conduct engine and vehicle testing in dyno, road, and lab environments to validate emissions.
• Analyze test data and adjust calibrations to meet Euro and EPA regulatory standards.
• Support certification processes and ensure environmental regulation compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional powertrain, software, and validation teams.
• Troubleshoot emissions-related issues and optimize overall system performance.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, automotive, or a related engineering field.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics (OBD, trouble codes) and ECU systems.
• Strong understanding of internal combustion engines and emission control systems.
• Experience with calibration tools such as INCA, CANape, MDA, CRETA, or Optisim.
• Familiarity with emissions regulations and standard testing procedures.
• Valid Driver License B, AW18.
