Lead UI/UX Designer (Gamedev)

TL;DR

Lead UI/UX Designer (Gamedev): Leading the UI/UX direction for a cross-platform shooter with an accent on consistency, quality, and product evolution. Focus on managing a multidisciplinary UI team, designing end-to-end feature flows, and optimizing mobile F2P monetization systems.

Location: Remote, Yerevan, or Cyprus. Relocation to Armenia is available.

What you will do

• Own the UI/UX direction of the project, ensuring high quality and consistency across interfaces.
• Lead and develop the UI/UX team, including designers, UI engineers, and artists.
• Design key features end-to-end, from UX flows to final build implementation.
• Plan the direction's roadmap, including decomposition, prioritization, and timeline control.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and improve internal UI/UX workflows.
• Utilize modern AI tools to increase the speed and quality of production.

Requirements

• Experience as a Lead UI/UX Designer (or Senior ready to own a direction).
• Deep mobile F2P experience and strong grasp of meta/monetization (battle pass, rewards, etc.).
• Mobile F2P project experience is strictly required.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to maintain consistency across a complex product.
• Hands-on UX/UI expertise with the ability to provide high-quality feedback.
• A portfolio showcasing real UX/UI cases with clear personal contributions.

Nice to have

• Product design background (analytics, UX research, A/B testing).
• Experience in cross-platform development (Mobile, PC, Consoles).
• Knowledge of UI implementation within the Unity engine.
