Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (up to 2 days WFH). No visa relocation sponsorship provided.

Salary: SEK 57,000–68,000 per month

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end data science initiatives for Enterprise go-to-market motions from problem framing to recommendations.
• Design and deploy ML models for predictive scoring, clustering, and forecasting to solve business challenges.
• Build internal data products and automated workflows to activate insights within company tools.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure solutions are relevant and impactful.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including maintainable code, rigorous testing, and collaborative reviews.
• Translate complex data analyses into compelling narratives and visualizations for diverse audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
• Proven expertise in Python and SQL applied to real-world business problems.
• Practical experience with statistical analysis, classification, and predictive modeling.
• Must have the legal right to work in Sweden (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong software engineering skills, including git and versioning.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex concepts through narratives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data tools such as Snowflake, Hex, or DBT.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience in a SaaS environment focusing on enterprise sales, customer lifecycle, or retention.
