MCAD Solution Consultant (PLM)

MCAD Solution Consultant (PLM): Leading customer deployments of CAD to PLM solutions with an accent on technical implementation, requirements specification, and solution analysis. Focus on transforming customer requirements into technical solutions using the XPLM suite and managing end-to-end delivery in Agile environments.

Location: Remote. Must be based in one of the following U.S. states: California (CA), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Massachusetts (MA), Michigan (MI), New Hampshire (NH), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), or Pennsylvania (PA).

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 base salary + bonus.

What you will do

• Lead technical implementation teams through all aspects of solution deployment.
• Facilitate workshops and develop solutions to align technology with business value.
• Develop requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Perform solution analysis and create customer-facing proposals and statements of work (SOW).
• Drive Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements for key prospects.
• Mentor team members and review work products to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Must reside in CA, CT, FL, MA, MI, NH, NY, OH, or PA.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience with MCAD tools such as SOLIDWORKS, Creo, NX, or Inventor.
• Proven track record with enterprise CAD deployments and PLM system integration.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Engineering Change processes, Phase Gate Project Management, Quality systems (DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA), or BOM Management.
• Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
