What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable software for biopharma process automation in line with technical requirements.
• Analyze requirements, independently estimate tasks, and define acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate and coordinate task deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager.
• Apply best software development practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and performant solutions.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with modern technology and participate in learning programs.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a .NET developer.
• Advanced experience with C#/.NET, including asynchronous programming (async/await), multithreading, and event-driven patterns.
• Strong proficiency with TDD, unit testing principles, mocking, and test isolation.
• Experience with xUnit, FluentAssertions, and CI-driven test automation.
• Strict adherence to Clean Code and SOLID principles.
• Must be based in Poland, Croatia, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of functional programming concepts in C# (immutability, higher-order functions).
• Experience with Actor Model using Akka.NET or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Reactive programming (Rx) and stream processing.
• Ability to design and maintain DSLs and Fluent Test DSLs.
• Experience with OPC-UA integration in industrial systems.
