What you will do

• Respond to medical and safety-related enquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Provide clear, accurate responses using approved product information and scientific literature.
• Document and report adverse events and product complaints according to regulatory standards.
• Log all enquiries into internal systems in a timely and compliant manner.
• Perform quality checks on safety reports and medical enquiries.
• Write custom medical responses and provide mentorship to new team members as you grow in the role.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Medicine.
• Fluency (C1) in Greek and English, both written and oral.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs.
• Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade.
