What you will do

• Monitor clinical studies at sites, ensuring conduct, recording, and reporting per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulations.
• Coordinate study setup activities: identify investigators, prepare regulatory submissions, conduct pre-study and initiation visits.
• Handle appropriately sized trials; support Project Managers on larger ones.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Interact with clients, initiate payments, participate in proposals and presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years CRA experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in biopharma or relevant therapeutics areas.
• Fluency in Serbian, English, and Bulgarian.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Availability for 50-60% domestic travel including overnights; occasional international travel.

• Graduate/postgraduate degree in scientific/healthcare discipline.
