What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain games using PixiJS.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to implement high-quality animations, effects, and UI interactions.
• Optimize WebGL-based games for performance, memory usage, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop tools, frameworks, and reusable components to streamline the development process.
• Debug rendering issues and resolve performance bottlenecks and cross-platform inconsistencies.
• Integrate real-time APIs and WebSockets for dynamic content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend/web development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with PixiJS and WebGL.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience optimizing WebGL applications for performance, memory usage, texture optimization, and sprite batching.
• Deep knowledge of game loops, physics engines, animations, and tweening.
• Ability to debug WebGL rendering issues using tools like Spector.js.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D rendering engines such as Three.js or Babylon.js.
• Knowledge of physics engines like Matter.js or Box2D.
• Familiarity with game networking and real-time multiplayer technologies (WebSockets, WebRTC).
