What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs for construction activities.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments on site.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for construction crews.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management and air quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an HSE-related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in construction environments.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry construction.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements for facility construction.
• Experience with hazardous materials handling and containment systems.
• Ability to work the late shift (4 PM - 12 AM).

Nice to have

• Professional EHS certifications.
• Experience with cleanroom construction and validation.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical process equipment installation.
