TL;DR

Recruiter (Manufacturing & Operations): Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume production and logistics roles within industrial environments with an accent on stakeholder management and sourcing strategies. Focus on building talent pipelines, evaluating candidate profiles, and collaborating with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate slates.

Location: Hybrid in Quanzhou, Fujian, China (3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

  • Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market recommendations.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles and build strong talent pipelines for high-volume production and logistics roles.
  • Maintain high candidate engagement through proactive and timely communication.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record in high-volume hiring.
  • Ability to work onsite in industrial environments in China.
  • Working proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) for daily business communication.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and understanding of local employment practices.

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics recruitment.
