What you will do

• Develop full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and Golang.
• Lead technical design for Help Centre platforms and support automation workflows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee production readiness, including monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Improve testing practices across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team engineering standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Golang.
• Experience with distributed systems, API design, and data modelling.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and LLM APIs.
• Experience with non-relational databases like Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temporal or workflow orchestration systems.
• Experience building AI-powered user experiences or chatbot flows.
• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms.
