What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and challenge specs for user-focused solutions.
• Collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams to align technical work with business goals.
• Leverage AI tools like LLMs and coding assistants for efficient development while maintaining code quality.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure React.js and Node.js/NestJS solutions.
• Own services end-to-end using AWS/GCP (EKS, GKE) and monitoring tools for production reliability.

Requirements

• 2+ years in software development with product-centric mindset.
• Expert in Node.js (NestJS) and React.js; polyglot engineers with architectural skills welcome.
• Advanced skills in AI prompting and tools for high-efficiency coding.
• Deep Agile/Scrum experience and ability to communicate technically to non-tech stakeholders.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving for production issues.
• Experience with microservices/monoliths, K8s, AWS/GCP (S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Firebase), and full ownership from dev to production.
