What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule harvesting contractors and logging trucks to maximize fleet utilization.
• Execute and monitor complex wood flow plans using specialized logistics software.
• Solve immediate operational bottlenecks and negotiate directly with suppliers and customers.
• Track, analyze, and report on production, inventory, and delivery targets.
• Support regional management in maintaining a safety-first operations culture.

Requirements

• Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand is required.
• Strong professional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple operational priorities under pressure.
• High level of IT literacy and structured time management abilities.

Nice to have

• Tertiary qualification in Forestry, Logistics, or Business.
• Operational experience within the forestry or trucking industry.
