What you will do

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accurate processing and DIFOT performance.
• Coordinate forward orders, back orders, stock transfers, and batch allocations.
• Process pricing adjustments, customer credits, and inventory protection returns.
• Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, ageing stock, and warehouse stock positions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to support forecasting and product availability.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or a similar operational role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and confidence working with data and numbers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be located in or able to work from Nelson or Porirua.

Nice to have

• Experience using SAP, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar ERP/reporting systems.
• Background or experience in the Agribusiness industry.
