What you will do

• Provide hands-on support at live event venues, including equipment positioning, cable management, and venue preparation.
• Act as a production runner, facilitating communication between teams and managing on-site logistics during live broadcasts.
• Assist with the transport, setup, and inventory management of production equipment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as accreditation preparation, crew scheduling, and travel logistics.
• Compile post-event reports and maintain production documentation.
• Shadow senior team members to learn various aspects of live sports production, including camera, audio, and directing.

Requirements

• German: Native or near-native proficiency is essential.
• English: Good proficiency required for international communication.
• 0–2 years of experience in production, live events, or broadcast environments.
• Basic understanding of broadcast production equipment and live sports workflows.
• Highly reliable, punctual, and capable of working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and travel extensively across the DACH region.
