What you will do

  • Produce 30-45 second vertical (9:16) video ads from brief to final delivery.
  • Build lightweight scenes and minigames in Unity to stage and record original ad footage.
  • Generate and iterate on hook variations, specifically optimizing the first three seconds for maximum impact.
  • Import, stage, animate, and composite 3D character assets into the engine.
  • Benchmark quality against the best-performing ads in the mobile strategy genre.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using Unity for in-engine ad production.
  • Strong skills in editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Knowledge of 3D pipelines (Blender, Maya, or similar) for asset animation and lighting.
  • Must be able to work within the German time zone.
  • Ability to work fast and self-directed, providing multiple creative options per brief.
  • Portfolio or reel showcasing video ads or comparable performance creative.

Nice to have

  • Experience producing performance marketing or social media video creative.
  • Comfort using AI tools in the production workflow.
