TL;DR
Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Building long-term trusted relationships with key enterprise customers by acting as their primary technical advisor. Focus on optimizing customer experience, proactive guidance on security best practices, and driving timely resolution of complex technical incidents.
Location: Must be based in Italy (Rome or Milan) with 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical needs to provide tailored support solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor by proactively guiding customers with technical recommendations and best practices.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on products and reproduce customer environments in the lab.
- Take ownership of customer incidents to drive timely resolutions and manage expectations.
- Produce service reports summarizing activity and performance for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to report and follow up on software and hardware issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical support or post-sales role.
- Fluency in Italian and business-level English.
- Strong understanding of data networking protocols including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS, and VPN.
- Proven experience in customer management within telco or large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Previous experience with products.
- certifications (FCP, FCSS, FCX).
