What you will do

• Perform mechanical maintenance services across manufacturing lines and utilities equipment.
• Implement scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure peak site performance.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns using advanced problem-solving skills.
• Maintain machinery in alignment with established asset care plans and strategies.
• Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call roster.

Requirements

• Must hold an AS/NZS Mechanical Engineering Trade Certificate (Level 4 or higher).
• Proven hands-on experience as a mechanical fitter.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Computer literacy, ideally with experience in CMMS systems like SAP.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge and experience in stainless steel TIG welding.
• Proficiency in manual machining.
