What you will do

• Develop and implement Core Line Nutrition Standards and meal classification frameworks.
• Update the Nutrition Standards + Legal Claims Playbook and internal AI tools.
• Screen ingredient specifications and identify gaps in nutrition or integrity standards.
• Conduct research on cooking methods and nutrient retention through kitchen pilots.
• Create science-backed eater-facing education on nutrient preservation.
• Audit nutrition communications and ingredient labels for accuracy and legal compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics (or advanced student near graduation).
• 1–2 years of experience in nutrition, food labeling, or food science.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Ability to organize large datasets with high accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience in culinary operations, meal delivery, or CPG.
• Knowledge of US Dietary Guidelines and FDA labeling requirements.
• Familiarity with food regulations and allergen standards.
