What you will do

• Analyze competitors and identify best practices to refine marketing strategies.
• Ensure end-to-end analytics across all marketing funnels.
• Lead multi-channel marketing efforts including paid performance, SEO, SMM, and events.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve user conversion rates at all funnel stages.
• Manage marketing budgets and achieve KPIs for user acquisition.
• Coordinate influencer integrations, AMA sessions, and podcasts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of results-oriented experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record with KPIs in UA or revenue growth within crypto or fintech.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape.
• Fluent in English (C1 minimum) and Russian.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with unit economy.
