What you will do

  • Lead overall company operations in the UAE and navigate industry trends.
  • Manage the P&L and nurture the internal team.
  • Oversee partner relationships and service booking processes.
  • Optimize class availability by analyzing supply and demand metrics across neighborhoods.
  • Unlock and develop B2B partnership channels.
  • Elevate the brand by collaborating with local influencers and opinion leaders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an operational role, including at least 2 years of experience specifically in Dubai.
  • Data-driven analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven team management and strong negotiation/communication skills.
  • Owner-mindset with the ability to proactively solve business problems in a high-pressure environment.
  • Passion for fitness tech and new technologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the sharing economy, fitness, or wellness sectors.
  • Background working in startups or dynamic high-growth companies.
  • Experience in product launches or general business management.
