Operations Manager (Fitness & Wellness)

What you will do

• Lead company operations and market expansion across the UAE.
• Own P&L management and monitor business performance.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing internal team.
• Manage partner relationships and service bookings.
• Optimize class capacity in selected neighborhoods using supply-and-demand metrics.
• Develop B2B partnerships and strengthen the brand through local influencers and opinion leaders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of operational experience, including at least 2 years in Dubai.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong Excel skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience managing teams.
• Proactive, resilient approach to solving business problems.
• Passion for new technologies and fitness technology.
