Operations Manager (Fitness & Wellness)

Location: Dubai, UAE; responsibility for operations across the UAE and experience in Dubai required.

What you will do

• Lead company operations and support market expansion across the UAE.
• Own P&L management and monitor business performance.
• Build, nurture, and manage the internal team.
• Manage partner relationships, service bookings, and class availability.
• Analyze supply and demand metrics to maximize class capacity in selected neighborhoods.
• Develop B2B partnerships and elevate the brand through collaboration with local influencers and opinion leaders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in an operational role, including at least 2 years in Dubai.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong Excel skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience managing a team.
• Proactive ownership and persistence in solving business problems.
• Passion for new technologies and fitness technology.
