What you will do

  • Define and lead the global Customer Experience strategy across all customers and partners.
  • Drive Retention, LTV, and customer engagement through strategic CX initiatives.
  • Identify friction points across the customer journey and drive cross-functional improvements.
  • Build a company-wide CX operating model with clear ownership, metrics, and governance.
  • Establish and monitor business KPIs to ensure initiatives contribute to profitability and long-term growth.
  • Lead Customer Success, Product Design, Partner Experience, and AI-powered partner solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in CX, Product Strategy, Product Management, or executive leadership within large-scale consumer digital businesses.
  • Proven track record of improving Retention, LTV, and profitability through CX transformation.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, unit economics, and P&L outcomes.
  • Experience building and scaling customer-centric organizations and leading large transformation programs.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and deliver results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent Russian and English required.
