What you will do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned premium enterprise customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' software environments to resolve support cases efficiently.
- Provide reactive and proactive guidance to improve the performance and reliability of solutions.
- Coordinate with other support experts and Product Engineering to expedite timely resolution of cases.
- Build strong working relationships to act as a seamless extension of the customer's technical team.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the EMEA region
- Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux administration.
- Experience with IDM and/or Identity Access Manager.
- Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Proxy servers.
- Basic understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server) and web technologies (HTTP/SSL).
- Hands-on experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and at least one scripting language (Python, Java, or Shell).
Nice to have
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
