What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned premium enterprise customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' software environments to resolve support cases efficiently.
  • Provide reactive and proactive guidance to improve the performance and reliability of hirify.global solutions.
  • Coordinate with other support experts and Product Engineering to expedite timely resolution of cases.
  • Build strong working relationships to act as a seamless extension of the customer's technical team.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the EMEA region
  • Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux administration.
  • Experience with hirify.global IDM and/or Identity Access Manager.
  • Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Proxy servers.
  • Basic understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server) and web technologies (HTTP/SSL).
  • Hands-on experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and at least one scripting language (Python, Java, or Shell).

Nice to have

  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
