What you will do

• Manage end-to-end software project execution, including planning milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Act as Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective) and manage the backlog with the Product Owner.
• Coordinate interactions between cross-functional and multi-site teams to ensure synchronized delivery.
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation plans.
• Provide transparent status reporting and support decision-making regarding progress and trade-offs.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in project management for embedded software or tools/software applications.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, specifically in the Scrum Master role.
• Experience in risk management, planning, and stakeholder communication.
• English: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive software development environments.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO26262 processes.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience working with both embedded and tools/UI teams.
