What you will do
- Provide 1-to-1 member support through message-based chat and phone/video calls.
- Apply a digital approach to surgical prehabilitation and management of patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
- Perform high-volume clinical video annotations, scoring movement quality, technique, and range of motion.
- Provide rep-level assessments and structured written feedback for exercise sessions.
- Support clinical validation of new therapeutic programs and products through data collection and testing.
- Review and quality-check assessments produced by other team annotators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
- Must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa.
- Fluency in English (required for all clinical video annotation tasks).
- AI fluency (Level 1: using AI daily to boost personal productivity).
- Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive assessment work with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Completion of formal pelvic health education courses (Level 1 or equivalent).
