What you will do

• Drive creative direction for the Turkish market, translating strategy into culturally relevant templates and assets.
• Oversee content creation and curation across social media, presentations, websites, and print.
• Utilize AI tools and scalable workflows to accelerate production without sacrificing craft.
• Manage and mentor local freelance designers and creators, providing briefs and structured feedback.
• Collaborate with Content Strategy, Marketing, SEO, and Community teams to align on creative goals.
• Conduct content audits and performance analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating both visual craft and cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to generate, iterate, and scale content.
• Deep understanding of Turkish culture, design aesthetics, and consumer behavior.
• Experience briefing, reviewing, and developing freelance talent.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Istanbul, Türkiye
