What you will do

• Lead strategic workstreams and facilitate decision-making sessions with client stakeholders.
• Develop robust business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Orchestrate qualitative and quantitative research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Conduct current-state assessments to identify operational gaps and strategic opportunities.
• Deliver strategic frameworks from initial research through to implementation planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, data science, creative) to integrate strategy with execution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of progressive strategy or management consulting experience (Big 4 or in-house).
• Proven ability to lead complex workstreams independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
• Exceptional executive-level writing and presentation skills using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills for dissecting business challenges and formulating innovative solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet client demands.
