What you will do

• Continuously monitor the performance and capacity of cloud-hosted SaaS services to ensure data integrity.
• Provide Tier II/III support in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation to diagnose and remediate system incidents.
• Implement and monitor security controls to adhere to SOC2 Type II and ISO27001 compliance standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and other stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Partner with Cloud Operations, PMO, and GRC teams to align on policies and infrastructure projects.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools, such as chatbots and analytics assistants, to streamline routine tasks and documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Malaysia
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service delivery and SaaS operational models.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration across Windows and Linux production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure public cloud infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of ITIL procedures (incident, problem, and request management) and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell, or Powershell.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic and Grafana.
• Advanced skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
• Ability to leverage AI to ideate and scale departmental processes.
