What you will do

• Define and manage acceptance tests and verification procedures to ensure systems meet functional and performance requirements.
• Lead system and subsystem design and conduct requirements analysis to ensure timely delivery to specification.
• Oversee the full system lifecycle from definition through final acceptance and operational support.
• Interface with clients for contract management, system delivery, training, and warranty support.
• Lead and guide a diverse engineering team through system design, integration, and testing phases.
• Establish and maintain system baselines and manage change control processes and configurations.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering (B Eng, Hons, or M Eng).
• 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering, technical management, and project management in high-technology environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide technical guidance to teams and clients.
• Experience in contract management, client interactions, and subcontractor coordination.
• Proficiency in systems engineering tools and methodologies.
• Must be able to work onsite in Stellenbosch, South Africa
