TL;DR
Delivery Manager (Computer Vision/Retail): Leading the end-to-end deployment of AI and Computer Vision solutions for retail self-checkout environments with an accent on customer onboarding, infrastructure readiness, and model release operations. Focus on coordinating POS integrations, validating edge infrastructure, and making data-driven Go/No-Go decisions for model rollouts.
Location: Worldwide Remote or Hybrid in Cyprus
Salary: 3,000 — 4,500 €/month net
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI/CV solutions, including customer onboarding and POS integrations.
- Validate network and infrastructure readiness, coordinating VPN and firewall setups with customer IT teams.
- Manage model release operations, reviewing metrics to make Go/No-Go decisions and coordinating canary rollouts.
- Execute store-level configuration changes via GitLab and monitor dashboards for KPI reporting and incident response.
- Coordinate camera and PU installation through the preparation of work orders.
- Maintain technical documentation, store inventory records, and operational runbooks in Confluence and Jira.
Requirements
- German: C1 level required
- English: C1 level or higher required
- 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Customer Engineer.
- Experience with multi-site rollouts, preferably in Retail or SaaS deployments.
- Technical knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DHCP), Linux/Docker, and JSON configuration.
- Ability to evaluate ML model metrics (precision, recall) for detection tasks to drive release decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with retail self-checkout systems.
- Background in managing Computer Vision projects.
- Knowledge of camera systems (ROI setup, FOV validation).
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows and GitLab.
- Russian language proficiency.
