What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new products and product changes.
• Define and manage Control Plans, FMEAs (Design and Process), and overall quality documentation.
• Verify compliance with quality requirements for Brand Label projects and ensure supplier adherence.
• Support Design Reviews and Engineering Change Management processes from a quality perspective.
• Manage non-conformity issues and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using the DMAIC approach.
• Coordinate quality activities in production to achieve business targets for specific product families.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vittuone/Milano, Italy.
• Strong understanding of electronic products, PCB assemblies, and related manufacturing processes.
• English: Good written and spoken proficiency required.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience of 2-3 years in similar roles is considered a plus.
