INEX Group is looking for a highly organized Corporate Administrator to join our Legal Department in Paphos.
Key responsibilities:
▪️ Managing and maintaining legal and corporate documentation
▪️ Archiving contracts, corporate records, and statutory documents
▪️ Supporting contract administration and document registration
▪️ Assisting with legal forms, applications, and administrative processes
▪️ Coordinating invoicing and payment follow-up with Finance
▪️ Maintaining accurate records and tracking systems
Requirements:
✔️ Previous administrative experience in a law firm, audit firm, construction company, trading company, or similar corporate environment
✔️ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Ability to work with large volumes of documentation
✔️ Russian language required
✔️ English and/or Greek
