What you will do

• Manage reference data and perform high-level categorization to ensure database quality.
• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process, and product-related queries.
• Execute daily workloads according to departmental and company schedules.
• Analyze and identify improvement areas in coding and data input validation environments.
• Provide feedback to country teams to drive compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations and Enablement teams for high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Perfect command of the Latvian language.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Excel techniques (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis/Interpretation).
• High accuracy, proactivity, and strong analytical skills.
• Must be based in Latvia.
