Location: Must be based in Taiwan with daily presence in the Taipei office (minimum 2 days per week).

What you will do

• Define software requirements and feature specifications for audio products, translating concepts into actionable ODM tasks.
• Lead software execution with ODM partners throughout the development and maintenance phases.
• Integrate and support chipset vendor SDKs and firmware frameworks, enabling features like ANC, ENC, and Multipoint Connectivity.
• Collaborate with mobile app teams to define UI/UX behavior and ensure a consistent user experience.
• Validate software release readiness and drive root cause analysis for software defects.
• Assess the technical maturity and software capabilities of potential ODM partners and vendors.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in audio products, specifically with TWS and Bluetooth devices.
• Hands-on experience with audio chipsets such as Qualcomm, Airoha, or similar.
• Proven track record of collaborating with ODM partners and managing outsourced software development.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Must be based in Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bluetooth profiles including A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, BLE, and LE Audio.
• Experience with audio tuning tools and DSP-related software features.
• Experience in project/resource planning and execution.
