What you will do

• Draft, review, and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for diagnostic kits and reagents.
• Ensure regulatory consistency and global harmonization of product documentation across EU and non-EU markets.
• Manage dossiers of chemical substances and communicate with ECHA and other Competent Authorities.
• Monitor regulatory developments (REACH, CLP, SVHC, PFAS, RoHS) and assess their impact on product portfolios.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure safety information traceability.
• Provide technical support during internal and external audits and Authority inspections.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy).
• Native Italian and fluent English proficiency required.
• 2–3 years of experience in IVD, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
• In-depth knowledge of REACH, CLP, and GHS regulations.
• Experience in drafting and managing Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for diagnostic devices (IVDR, ISO 13485).
